Customer Service Administrator (Part Time)

COBA Europe Limited is one of the leading suppliers of safety matting and floor-level safety solutions in Europe.

HOURS OF WORK:

  • Wednesday: 12:30 – 17:00, Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (19 hours per week)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR – KEY DUTIES:

  • Processing customer enquires
  • Providing effective customer service
  • Providing reliable customer feedback
  • Resolving complaints
  • Raising quotations
  • Providing effective communication
  • Administrative support

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR – REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
  • Word and Excel at Intermediate level or above
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A working knowledge of the Manufacturing or Flooring sector is desirable
