We are looking for Machine Operators to join our growing Production Team at COBA Plastics Moulding Ltd.
About COBA
Founded in 1966, COBA today employs over 900 people operating out of ten facilities in seven countries, enjoying global recognition. COBA Plastics Moulding Ltd, based in Fleckney, Leicestershire, is dedicated to manufacturing plastic extruded and moulded products for the automotive sector.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for full time Machine Operators to work on a permanent night shift basis 22:00-06:05, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for operating moulding machines, and carrying out secondary work tasks in a manner that ensures that production targets and in turn customer requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will possess reliability, good time-keeping and have good attention to detail whilst unsupervised (after training). You will be an excellent team player with good communication skill.
Previous experience in plastic manufacturing is desirable.
