• The Free Anti-Fatigue Mat Promotion is open to qualifying commercial businesses in the UK mainland only.
• The promotion is open to businesses with 30 or more employees. Sole traders, private individuals and businesses with fewer than 30 employees are not eligible.
• The free mat is intended for end-user businesses to trial in their own workplace and is not available for resale.
• One free Orthomat Premium 0.6m x 0.9m with yellow safety trim per company.
• Applications must contain complete and accurate information. COBA reserves the right to verify eligibility and request additional information before approving an application.
• The free mat is subject to availability and UK mainland delivery. If the stated product becomes unavailable, COBA reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative anti-fatigue mat of comparable value.
• If an application does not meet the eligibility criteria, COBA reserves the right to decline or withdraw the application.
• If approved, COBA will aim to dispatch the free mat within 28 days of confirming eligibility.
• The free mat has no monetary or cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or an alternative product at the applicant's request.
• COBA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
• Promotion Period: Applications will be accepted until 30 September 2026, subject to availability.
• COBA's decision regarding eligibility and fulfilment is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
