COBA has recently supplied a significant quantity of its Premier Plus entrance matting tiles to the South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE). These matting solutions will be installed across various locations, including bus, tram, and train stations, park-and-ride facilities, and interchanges throughout South Yorkshire. SYPTE manages all maintenance, cleaning, and security at these busy passenger terminals, making high-quality, durable matting essential for creating a safe, welcoming environment.
The order consisted of 2000 Premier Plus Tiles, which were supplied through Vista Contracting (Barnsley). Vista Contracting also handled the installation of the matting at three key SYPTE locations: Sheffield Transport Interchange, Meadowhall (Sheffield), and Barnsley Interchange. These high-traffic locations see over 13 million passengers annually, and the entrance matting must endure significant wear and tear while maintaining its performance and appearance.
