Maintenance Doesn't End with Machines
Industrial maintenance is built around prevention.
Equipment is serviced before it fails. Bearings are replaced before they wear out. Safety systems are tested before they're needed.
Every task has the same objective:
Prevent small issues from becoming costly problems.
Yet workstations are often excluded from the conversation.
Operators may spend more than eight hours each day standing in the same position, but the flooring beneath them rarely appears on a maintenance shutdown checklist.
Over time, standing on hard concrete can contribute to discomfort and standing fatigue, making it harder for operators to feel comfortable throughout their shift.
The question isn't whether your machinery deserves preventative maintenance.
It's whether your people deserve the same level of consideration.
